Avg. Recent Call Duration. This counter shows the average duration of the most recent calls that interacted with the auto attendant. | |||||||
Average Call Duration. This graph charts the average length of time that callers interacted with the auto attendant. | |||||||
% Successful Calls. This counter displays the percent of successful calls processed by this auto attendant during the specified time interval. | |||||||
Calls Processed By Auto Attendant. This graph charts the following metrics over the specified time interval:
