Error while mobile monitoring: "An error has occurred"

The following error shows on mobile phone when attempting to monitor connections. Both Diagnostic Server and Web Publisher are connected and user account configured in phone.
"An error has occurred"
해결 방안
In Spotlight right-click on connection name and select Properties. Under Details tab check "Monitor on Mobile Device"
