Search in unpacked objects does not show correct results

Customer was looking for service principal objects which were named "AddedCloudApp" and also "dr-test-application01". By entering the string "add" no results were displayed. Similarly entering the search term "dr-" was not successful.
원인
Customer was using a partial search term without the wildcard character ("*") and this yielded inconsistent results. Customer was also using an operator "-" which was designed to exclude content.
해결 방안
Searching instead for "Add*" or "dr*" returned the correct results.
