• Navigate to Settings › Control Panel › Security Settings
• If unchecked, check the "Enable database access" option
• If unchecked, check the "Enable Secure database access (SSL)" option
• Check "Override Default Certificates" option
• Check the "Reset to Default Certificate Files" option
• Click "Save and Restart Services"

• Navigate to Settings › Control Panel › Security Settings
• Uncheck the "Enable Secure database access (SSL) option" if you no longer need it enabled.
• Click "Save and Restart Services"

• Attempt the upgrade again
