원인
The EWS_URL may have missing or incomplete data in the SQL record for the user, in the Mailbox_Processing_Property table.
해결 방안
Move the impacted mailbox to another Collection. This should update the appropriate records in SQL and the switch should complete. To clear any associated timers for the mailbox, disable and re-enable the Collection.
