Cannot upgrade backup agents. Getting an error that the agent cannot be contacted

After upgrading RMAD, you attempt to upgrade the preinstalled backup agents by using the Backup Agent Management node. The upgrade fails with an error that the agent could not be contacted. A similar error occurs if you try to uninstall the agent.
해결 방안
Check the target DC to confirm the agent is installed. If it is not:
Select the Backup Agent Management node in the RMAD console
Right click the DC and select Remove from List
Install the backup agent from the RMAD console or copy the msi installer to the DC and run
