Yes, the only thing KACE Desktop Authority (KDA) does when replicating is it signs the files with a unique signature from the KDA Manager Console and then copies them to the target server and shares specified in the KDA Manager Console. The KDA replication process (or copy) can be made to a target running FRS, DFSR, or neither. Once the files have been signed and copied to any target, they may be copied elsewhere, by any method, and the signature will remain intact.
Desktop Authority performs automatically actions that can be done manually. If the client supports the action then KACE Desktop Authority will do it as well. As most Windows clients support DFS namespaces, KDA will be able to use that configuration in its elements paths and validation logic rules, using the format \\Domain\DFS-Namespace\Share\ instead of the UNC: \\Server\Share format.
