The User Management profiles and Computer Management Profiles need to be imported/exported using the KACE Desktop Authority Manager for the restoration and backup of profiles.

In the Desktop Authority Manager navigate to User or Computer Management Profiles.
To export one or one by one:Right click over the profile name and select “Import Profile or Export Profile”. A profile would have to be available, or would have been exported at some time prior to importing.To Export all the profiles:Right-click the Profiles word and select Export. This action will export all the profiles in one shot.NOTE: Desktop Authority Manager does not automatically export profiles. Exporting of profiles will always be an explicit action.
