When running ITSS installation, missing components errors or failed installation errors may appear. Specifically, "Cannot find InTrust SDK" or similar. -
원인
The initial download was not extracted fully or was corrupted during transfer. -
해결 방안
Download the ITSS installation package again and upon extraction, ensure the following files are located in the Components folder:
ActiveRolesSetup.exe
ADCSRV.msi
ADCSRV_Upgrade.msi
INDEXING_TOOL.msi
ITSearch.msi
ITSearchSuite.exe
ITSearchWH_XXXXX.msi
sqlncli.msi
