Some users may be unable to run a report successfully through the Knowledge Portal. The report runs fine for the InTrust service account.
If the same report is selected when logged into the SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) server, the following error will be displayed:
Switch the Shared Data Source to use a predefined user account. The following steps can be used. They assume that the default settings are in place:
