해결 방안
This is a known issue with the hotfix build unfortunately, the 8.7.1 hotfix build will not "clean install". We are working on a 8.7.2 release that corrects this and other issues, currently targeting mid-October. In the meantime install/configure 8.7 GA and then install the 8.7.1 hotfix build until the 8.7.2 release is available
