원인
Missing SQL 2012 native client on the DCs
SQL Express by default doesn't turn on SQL Browser service
By default Network protocols Named Pipes and TCP / IP are disabled.

Install SQL 2012 native client on the DCs

On the SQL Express configuration manager start the SQL Browser service and enable the Network Protocols
- Named Pipes
- TCP / IP
The agents will start to send the events when this conditions are met.
