Different "Active" alert numbers depending what screen you are viewing in Active Administrator

You see different "Active" alert numbers depending what screen you are viewing. For example when you launch the portal and are taken to the "Active Directory Health" screen, The first "Active Alert" box shows Pending, Warnings, and critical, but the total does not including the pending. But in the "Active Alerts" on the Right side of the screen lists Pending alerts in the "Active Alerts" Box. If you click on the Monitor | the summary may show a different number of Active alerts, They Console may show a different number of alerts.
