Secure Copy - How to use a map file to move a subdirectory to a different to folder level
Cause

A folder residing on the source path needs to be copied to a new path without affecting surrounding folders. In the "below example Folder C needs to be copied to the target at the same level as "Folder A" and "Folder B". The folder named "RemoveMe" will not be carried over to the new target folder structure.
