This could be because there is a special character in the job name, or the SecureCopy.ssd file is corrupt.
If there is a special character in the job name, rename the job as shown below, and name the job with all alphanumeric characters:
If the copy job doesn’t have a special character, on the machine where Secure Copy is installed, close the application and navigate to the installation folder. Rename the SecureCopy.ssd file. Then, open the application and recreate the job(s).
NOTE: Starting with version 5.5 it's not possible to save a copy job with a special character in the job name.
