Mailbox Migrations are Failing with the following Error in the Logs: "The primary SMTP address must be specified when referencing a mailbox. Folder Path: MsgFolderRoot Exchange Web Service property error: Primary => Username@Domain.com"
OR
The request failed. Unable to connect to the remote server Folder Path: MsgFolderRoot
This behavior has been seen in instances where:
1. The Domain Suffix of the Admin Credential UPN does not match that of the primary SMTP address of the mailbox
AND
2. The Job file uploaded contains only the Mailbox name of the Source Mailbox and not the Primary SMTP address.
In this situation is would be recommended to populate your job file with the Primary SMTP address of each mailbox that you wish to migrate.
