Description
Quiesced replications fail with 3201 can't open vmdk error while non-quiesced replications succeed of same VM

Cause
ESXi host level credentials\ account\ permissions do not have enough rights where as Virtual Center account has proper\ enough permissions.

Resolution
1. In vranger gui right click on each ESXi host and remove credentials
2. Create new quiesced replication job for VM that is failing with 3201 can't open vmdk error
