When viewing the Generic | Any Counter report the report always displays: "No matching records found"

Cause
The data shown in this report is generated by the Generic Server Health test. If there is no data in this report the Generic Server Health test has not been run.

Resolution
Create and Run a Generic Server Health test.
- In the Spotlight on Messaging console select your Organization in the left hand pane
- Right click on a generic server in the right hand pane and click Detect | Generic Server Health Test and complete the Health test wizard
- Right click your new test and click run now
