Description
This error can occur if vRanger Pro is installed on a Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 server and the repository is located on a CIFS share hosted on a Data Domain 630 storage device.

Resolution
Make sure you are running Data Domain OS 4.8.1 as the Microsoft requirements for CIFS compatibility changed with the release of Windows Server 2008 R2 and the Data Domain OS versions prior to 4.8.1 do not reflect this.
