Backups fail with Error: Could not find file 'F:\VM Backups\Mail Server_20090102194818.tvzc.info'
This can happen if the DB contains stale entries from a previous backup that may have been manually removed from disk, typically the full archive.
Open vRanger and go to the Restore grid.
Check the box to show expired archives.
Find any full backups for this VM that are no longer on disk, expired or not.
Delete them from the grid.
If there are any remaining diffs for that full that are still on disk, they will need to be deleted from disk manually as they are no longer useful if they’re respective full is gone.
Do not delete archives from the disk unless using the restore grid to do it.This way the vRanger DB will always match what is on disk.
