BlackBerry Servers are not visible in the Management Console. Discovery Stats shows the following error:
“Failed to resolve BlackBerry configuration database server DNS name. Discovery is not able to retrieve domain membership properties of the server. If this is initial discovery server will not be displayed neither in tree nor in topology. Failed to resolve server name <BES_Database_Server_Name>. The network path was not found"
Using regedit on the Spotlight Server to try and connect to the remote registry of the BlackBerry Database Server results in the error:
"Unable to connect to <BES_Database_Server_Name>. Make sure that this computer is on the network, has remote administration enabled, and that both computers are running the remote registry service"
