While installing Archive Manager the following message is displayed:
Connected to machine ARCHIVEMANAGER
[59978336-3128738137-17-0x0] Cannot connect to service manager: 5.
Unable to connect to the service control manager on server ARCHIVEMANAGER
[59978336-3128738137-3-0x0] There was an error connecting to one of the deployment servers.
This usually happens when something prevents Archive Manager installer to write all needed information to registry.
Perform the following:
1. Open Regedit and navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AfterMail] key.
2. Write down the value of AfterMail Key and Company Name string values.
3. Delete whole [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AfterMail] container. This will delete AM installers last values.
4. Run the installer again
