During a PST Import using the Archive Manager PST Import Wizard, the workstation was locked for security purposes.
Upon returning to the system, it no longer responds.
This is a known issue and happens in some environments and not others.
An error stating Unsupported Interface may be present.
Restarting the workstation is the only known workaround to this problem.
