When upgrading Archive Manager, the installation fails and the installation logs indicate an error similar to:
The error is: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\AfterMail Business Layer.dll.bak' is denied.
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.File.Delete(String path)
Archive Manager Services are still running or orphaned Archive Manager threads exist.
If the error persists after verifying all threads have been terminated, it is suggested to disable all Archive Manager Services, restart the Archive Manager server and retry the upgrade.
