Archive Manager is set to use Windows Integrated Authentication and Entourage does not use this.

Switch back to Forms Authentication
1. Log into the Archive Manager Admin Website
2. Click Authentication Mode
3. Switch to Forms Authentication and click Update
4. Open IIS
5. Right Click on the Archive Manager Website | Click Properties
6. Click Directory Security | Edit Authentication and Access Control
7. Tick Enable Anonymous Access and click OK on the open dialog boxes.
