Messages can be seen in the Archive Manager Web mailbox, but when an attempt is made to search for a word in the subject, no results are returned.
If the FTI Trigger Fix.sql script fromSOL42500 -https://support.quest.com/SUPPORT/index?page=solution&id=SOL42500has been applied to the database, when a message is exported using the MAPI Dataloader, then indexed before the Archive Manager (AM) Exchange Store Manager (ESM) gets to the message, it is only searchable by an administrator using the All Users option. Keyword search will not return results for the user.

Perform a full Reindex (see SOL14851 -https://support.quest.com/SUPPORT/index?page=solution&id=SOL14851)
Reindex all messages since the last reindex (See solution SOL43707 -https://support.quest.com/SUPPORT/index?page=solution&id=SOL43707) and the Populate Message and Attachment indexes based on date.sql script attached.
It is also possible to schedule a script to reindex all messages that have been archived since midnight the previous day, see attached Reindex messages and attachments in database from midnight the previous day.sql script.
