Description
The following errors can be logged by Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service or Archive Manager Data Loader Services:

Exception Message: The directory is not empty.
Where XXX is ESM when the error logged byArchive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service and XXX is DL when logged by Archive Data Loader server -
Cause
The wlog files within the log directory was modified. The data loader service or the exchange store manager service is not able to delete the folder.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Stop the dataloader service or exchange store manager service
Delete the folder manually.
Start the dataloader service and/or exchange storemanger service
