Under Scripting > MAC Profiles when you click on an existing System profile instead of the page with the profile details you are redirected to an Oops error page with the following error:
PHP Error: Uncaught Warning in /kbox/tmp/smarty/ui/templates_c/317191b45c19b21a827bcbd9e69101c0d0d5ba3c_0.file.profile_mac.php.tpl.php on line 460: Trying to access array offset on value of type null
Cause
Due to Defect ID K1-33984 profiles that have the "Don't allow user to override Gatekeeper setting" box unchecked when they are first created will fail to open.
Resolution
A workaround is available. When you first create a System MAC profile expand the "Gatekeeper" section under Payloads, click on the link to "Add Gatekeeper configuration" and check the box labeled "Don't allow user to override Gatekeeper setting". Then save.
Once this is done you should be able to open the profile and revert the setting if desired. It should load without issues.
