About OCSP SSL Certificates in KACE SDA -
Description
Apache may fail to handshake the OCSP's CA with a connection timeout or error, causing the WebUI to crash. -
Cause
Apache incompatibility issue. -
Resolution
We are aware of this issue, and this is being tracked in Enhancement ID: ESMEA-6264.
When a new version is launched, please check the Release Notes and search for this ID.Available Workarounds:
-Use HTTP instead of HTTPS
-Use CRL Certificates instead of OCSP
-Remove the Proxy from your KACE SDA
