Please verify the error received during the upgrade process for proper resolution.
1. "Current server hardware no longer supported. Virtual migration required.”

2. “This machine does not appear to have enough memory to successfully complete the install process.”
The KACE SMA 13.0 and newer have a minimum system memory requirement of 8GB. KACE SMA 12.1 and older require at least 4GB of memory. Please verify the minimum memory requirement is met prior to attempting the upgrade.
3. “Not enough disk space available on /kbackup partition”

4. “Not enough disk space available on / partition”
