Secure Copy 6 - Why does the log summary say that no files were copied?
Description

A copy job is completed using Secure Copy 6.x. Via the Logs and Reports | Summary tabs the Summary and Analysis reports indicate that zero files were copied or skipped.
Cause

The summary page for the copy job is still open. The summary statistics in the Logs and Reports do not update and populate until the Secure Copy job summary page has been closed.
Resolution

Close the summary information page. If necessary, click off the ‘Logs and Reports’ tab and click back to it to refresh the page information.
