Description
Some files/folders are not copied to target. An error in the log appears:
“The file specified was not found”

Cause
This is typically a permissions problem. However, this can also be caused by settings specific to a NAS (Network Attached Storage) device.

Resolution
Permissions: make certain the login account used on the Secure Copy server is a member of the following groups on both the Source and Target of the copy jobs.

Local Administrators group

Backup Operators group
EMC: EMC NAS devices contain a parameter ‘shadow stream’. By default the EMC filer parameter is set to 1 but may have been changed.
In the console for the EMC device, issue the command
param shadow stream=0
