When opening a message that has been stripped in Outlook (2002,2003 & 2007) you see an error inside the header portion in red: Unable to parse response from Archive Manager Server: () ()
This user has been marked for deletion in the DB. When you delete an user and their mailbox in Archive Manager the mailbox is only flagged for deletion in the DB but will not be removed.
This behavior is by design and is caused by an Archive Manager Administrator marking the account in question as 'Deleted'
WORKAROUND:
There are SQL Queries that can be run to resolve this, however we do not support or recommended modification of the Archive Manager Database from a SQL Management interface. Please contact Quest Support if you would like this workaround performed.
