Created a new user in the ODME portal and assigned Owner permissions. Logged in as the new user but portal is blank. -
Description
Created a new user in the ODME portal under "Migration for Email Admin: Owners" and/or "Full Administrator: Owners". The user logged into the new account but the dashboard is blank.
