Exchange Mailboxes not visible in the Archive Manager Website -
Description
After upgrade all the mailboxes from Lotus Notus to Microsoft Exchange, Exchange mailboxes are not visible in the Archive Manager Website -
Cause
There could be serveral reasons for this, one of them could be the Active Directory Connector Service is not started or should be disabled. -
Resolution
1. Open Services.msc in the Archive Manager server
2. Make sure the Active Directory Connector Service(ADC) is started
3. Check for the Mailboxes in the Archive Manager Website , this should populate all the Exchange mailboxes.
