1. Open Archive Manager Website
2. Choose the Security Role | User
3. Click Edit to the left of the security role name to display the Edit Security Role from the selected role
4. Locate the security action "View Message Journal Report" and select the checkbox to the right | Click Add Selection
5. The specified security action is moved from the list of actions available to add to the list of actions available to add to the list of actions currently loaded and associated with the security role.
