Title
RSA Sync may not work at low Bandwidth Speed Limit -
Description
The Rsync Module seems to be unable to properly sync big payloads (Images, Scripted Installs, Tasks) completely, when speeds limit speeds are bellow 512KB/s . -
Cause
We have observed this with RSync version 3.1.3 (included in SDA 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2), and with Rsync 3.2.2 (the latest RSync stable version as of today). -
Resolution
We are currently reporting this to RSync\Samba Development Team (this is a GPLv3 Licensed Software), about this bug\behavior.
At the moment the two available workarounds are:
1- Use a speed higher than 512 KB/s
2- Sync K-Images rather than WIM Images.
