Items exported from Recovery Manager for Exchange to Archive Manager are not seen in Archive Manager.
This can occur if the 'System Folders' option is selected in Recovery Manager for Exchange while the items are being exported to Archive Manager.
Before going through the process to export items to Archive Manager be sure to remove the 'System Folders' check mark under Settings in Recovery Manager for Exchange.
1. Open Recovery Manager for Exchange
2. Right-click on Source Storages | Settings | Preferences Tab
3. Remove the 'System Folders' check mark.
When exporting to Archive Manager 'Later than 3.8' the default is to create a PST file which you will then have to import into Archive Manager with the Archive Manager PST Importer tool.
