Search yields no results and in the Event Logs you see the error: you do not have permissions to use the bulk load statement.
You have verified the rights to the Full Text Index share as outlined in the documentation, yet this error still persists. -
Cause
The SQL server service is being run as an account that is not the local system account this account does not have the bulkadmin server role in SQL.

Resolution
Grant the bulkadmin server role to the account that is running the SQL server service.
