When trying to Forward, Reply, Reply To All, or Send To Me in the website you receive the error: "No Such Host is Known"
The entry in the MailServer field in the Archive Manager Configuration Editor is invalid.
Archive Manager will use the server name that is entered in the MailServer field as the server to relay this message via SMTP so be sure that the server name entered here has the ability to relay SMTP traffic.
Also, if the SMTP relay servers are load balanced you may need to enter the name of one of the actual servers rather than the name of the load balancer.
