Icons for stripped attachments are showing as a red X

Cause
The 'doctype' folder is missing or is not in the correct location

Resolution
Right-click on the red X where the icon for the attachment should appear and choose properties.
In the Address (URL) location you'll see where the .gif for the attachment icon should be and verify that this location exists on the machine that hosts the Archive Manager website. The default location for this directory is: C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\WebSite\Images\doctype
If the directory is not in this location search for it and copy it here. -
Additional Information
If the attachment has an extension that is not found in this directory it will also show as a red X
