The creation of custom KACE SMA Help Desk ticket views can be helpful in many situations. Some common uses for a custom view would be a custom view to display all tickets from a particular submitter, or all closed ticket for a particular issue.
Some KACE SMA Administrators prefer to use a Help Desk Custom View as their landing page for the KACE SMA Admin Interface.
When accessing the KACE SMA with the 'adminui' URL, each custom view will have a unique URL that can be used to directly access the KACE SMA Help Desk to have tickets pre-filtered by the desired custom view. To create a 'bookmark' or 'favorite' page from a Help Desk Custom View, perform the following steps:
