How Do I Enable Auto-Refresh Option Function in the KACE Systems Management Appliance? (4314849)

NOTE: The Auto Refresh option is turned off by default.

Example:

To manually refresh just click the blue circle arrows and the page will update.

To set Auto Refresh in the particular page:

Home:Labels or Search: 

1. Under any of these categories click Choose Action and a drop down will appear
2. Move down to Auto-Refresh and different refresh rates will appear. Select one right for your usage.

Inventory:Devices, Software, Software Catalog, Processes, Startup Programs, Services, Discovery Schedules or Discovery Results:

1. Under any of these categories click Choose Action and a drop down will appear
2. Move down to Auto-Refresh and different refresh rates will appear. Select one right for your usage.

Assets:Assets and Asset Types:

1. Under any of these categories click Choose Action and a drop down will appear
2. Move down to Auto-Refresh and different refresh rates will appear. Select one right for your usage.

Distribution:Managed Installations, File Synchronizations, Wake-on LAN, Replication, Alerts:

1. Under any of these categories click Choose Action and a drop down will appear
2. Move down to Auto-Refresh and different refresh rates will appear. Select one right for your usage.

Service Desk:

1. Click Service Desk | Queues (If multiple select your queue) | Tickets
2. Click Choose Action and a drop down will appear.
3. Move down to Auto-Refresh and different refresh rates will appear. Select one right for your help desk usage.

Scripting:

1. Click Scripting.
2. Click Choose Action.
3. Move down to Auto-Refresh and different refresh rates will appear. Select one right for your usage.

Scripting:Run Now Status:

1. Under Scripting scroll down to Run Now Status.
2. Click Choose Action and a drop down will appear.
3. Move down to Auto-Refresh and different refresh rates will appear. Select one right for your usage.

Security:Patch Management:

1. Under Security scroll down to Patch Management.
2. Click Choose Action.
3. Move down to Auto-Refresh and different refresh rates will appear. Select one right for your usage.

Security:Oval Scan, SCAP Scan, and Dell Updates:

1. Under any of these categories click Schedules or Catalog.
2. Click Choose Action and a drop down will appear.
3. Move down to Auto-Refresh and different refresh rates will appear. Select one right for your usage.

Reporting:Reports, Report Schedules, and Notifications:

1. Under any of these categories click Choose Action and a drop down will appear
2. Move down to Auto-Refresh and different refresh rates will appear. Select one right for your usage.
