Reports are not working, anytime one tries to open a report it just hangs and nothing happens. -
Cause
This issue is caused by software defect ID 365797, which affects Secure Copy version 7.6.2 and 7.6.1. -
Resolution
Upgrade to Secure Copy version 7.6.3
The latest version of Secure Copy, version 7.6.3 addresses this software defect, please uninstall the version of Secure Copy you currently have installed, and then proceed to run a new installation of the latest version of Secure Copy.
