While in Asset Management | Import Assets |, Importing a large CSV file can cause an "Oops! Something went wrong." Clicking the hyperlinked "(more info)" shows additional details, which will vary but generally consists of: "PHP Error: \Uncaught Error in /kbox/kboxwww/adminui/confirmation_page.php on line 38: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)"
Workaround:
While no known programmatic solution is currently available, all that's needed is to reduce the CSV's file size for the import to succeed. Create multiple import files and reduce the size by half each time until an import succeeds. Once there is success, ensure the row number and file sizes are close to the successful file until all CSV files have been imported.
