Enabling SSO for the KACE SMA when using Mozilla Firefox
Description
Depending on network setup, it may not be necessary to change any settings in Firefox for use with Single Sign-On (SSO). That being said, some environments require enabling SSO for the KACE SMA appliance when using Mozilla Firefox. If SSO works successfully in Internet Explorer (IE), but does not work in Firefox, please test the settings in the resolution.
Resolution
Test the following changes in Firefox:
Open up Firefox, and type about:config to the URL bar. This will display a large number of entries representing all of the configuration information in Firefox.
Search for network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris using the Search field located above the entries.
Set the Value to https:// by double-clicking on the entry and type https:// into the dialog box.
Search for network.negotiate-auth.delegation-uris using the Search field located above the entries.
Set the Value to https:// by double-clicking the entry and typing https:// into the dialog box.
NOTE: Use https://KBOX NAME.DOMAIN NAME if the environment requires the entry to be specific. If there are other entries, remember to separate by using a comma between entries.
