The KACE SMA is virtual and the time does not match the time on the server.
Virtual appliances are sensitive to time settings and should be set to the same time server as the server it is installed on.
To do this you first have to manually set the time.
1. Settings | Control Panel | Date & Time Settings
2. Click "Edit Mode"
3. Click "Manually configure date and time" and manually set the time.
4. Click "Save" ------THIS WILL REQUIRE A REBOOT OF THE appliance.
5. Once rebooted go back and click "Configure Network Time Protocol" and in the Server field, use the same time server that your server is set to.
6. Click "Set Options" ------THIS WILL REQUIRE A REBOOT OF THE appliance.
