Trigger source code is not generated in HTML Schema Doc Generator report, if trigger is associate (4310582)

A trigger is created in Schema A, but is associated with a table which is owned by Schema B. When running a Database | Report | HTML Schema Doc Generator report for Schema A , which has the 'Triggers' option selected for both summary and description (selected under Tables | Triggers), the trigger source code is not displayed. The trigger summary is displayed, but clicking on the link to the trigger description, it doesn't go anywhere.

Also, if running the same report options against Schema B, the trigger source code does not display either under the table which the trigger is associated with.
