This QuickStart (KACE SMA / KACE SDA) program deliver a greater focus on implementing and configuring KACE appliance, targeting unique environment and business challenges or needs. QuickStart not only cover implementation tailored to your environment, but also hands-on knowledge transfer for how to best operate and manage your KACE appliance core processes and features as initially configured.
QuickStart is delivered remotely, on your appliance, with you in the driver’s seat. We'll talk you through best practices and help you prepare the appliance for accomplishing your goals. There's only 3 simple steps to get things moving!
To help you get the most out of your appliance, our KACE subject matter expert guide you through the implementation process using our time-tested implementation methodology. Please work with your KACE subject matter expert directly during the QuickStart program period unless he advises you to contact KACE Support.
Step 1 - Contact gettingstarted@quest.com to arrange your QuickStart.
Step 2 - Contact supportadmin@quest.com to request KACE Support credentials and schedule your first QuickStart program session.
(Note that it's often helpful to include your order number, customer number, or the email address of another person in your organization that has similar access.)
