Unable to delete system console administrator -
Description
An error is received when attempting to delete an Administrator from the System Console in a Multi-Organization SMA (KACE Systems Management Appliance): "Oops! Something went wrong". When checking the hyperlink "more info", the following error is displayed:
- PHP Error: Uncaught Unhandled Exception in /kbox/components/ESMPlatform/AMS-Shared/Client/Transport/SymfonyClient.php on line 139: Unknown Organization database

Cause
This issue is being investigated under ID K1-19524 - Unable to delete System Users and should be addressed in a future release. -
Resolution
As a work-around, since the Administrators at the system console level are local users, it is possible to change the password of the user to prevent access. Additionally, if the user and any possible associated history is no longer necessary, it is also possible to repurpose the user record by changing all of the details to refelct the new user's (placeholder's) contact information and password.
If it is preferred to have these records completely removed before this issue is addressed, please contact KACE Support and request assistance with removing them.
